Let us share our personal motivations

As we have already seen human beings have the freedom to choose to maintain personal integrity or not. Fair enough. Then i wonder to myself, If there are many people out there who live decent honest lifestyles, what could be motivating them to live uprightly and avoid being involved in corruption. What is the driving force that encourages people to do the right thing in their daily encounters.?
